Halloween 2023 I started feeling sick. It began when I was driving home from work and all of a sudden I felt pressure in my head. It was unusual but i didn’t put too much attention to it except that when it was time to go trick or treating I had low energy. I powered through for the kids.

For the next 3 weeks I suffered through immense pressure in my head. I really didn’t know what was happening. I couldn’t sleep, which made it worse. I had low energy, I felt misearable, I kept going to work, movement helped. but I was barely making it through. Panic attacks were happening, heart racing, could barely focus. I would wake up in the middle of the night after just 2 hrs asleep feeling really hot and heart pounding. My voice was constantly hoarse, was having a hard time breathing at times, and even felt slight chest pain.

I went to the urgent care and they gave me steroids, I thought I had sinus infection. It didn’t work. I went back they wouldn’t give me antibiotics. 3 days later I was driving to work and I felt abdominal pain. So I freaked out. On top of my head pressure now abdominal pain. Plus on the instructions it said that if you feel that go to the doctor. So I got to the club and told them I’m not feeling well. Took an uber to Northwestern ER. There were a lot of people there. Finally, they admitted me into the room, or little cubicle with a shade around it.

They checked me out, did neurological tests, checked my sinuses, and finally did a cat scan on my brain. Everything came back normal they said with the exception of a cyst in my sinuses and that I had a back up of mucus in my sinuses. They said go home and see an Ear Nose and Throat Dr.

That’s the moment I decided that I was going to take my life into my own hands. Modern medicine, although good intentioned, failed me. That’s when I began biohacking. That’s the moment that I took control of my life and my health. Never again I told myself!

So I went back to the Dr office and this time I didn’t take no for an answer. It took 20 minutes of convincing to get a prescription of antibiotics. Amoxicillin for 7 day course. I took the course and felt better. I was on my way to recovery. I took control of my health and it felt great!!!

So how does this relate to boundless energy on the tennis course. Well, I discovered or rediscovered Dave Aspery and the biohacking movement. And I found the secret formula that now even when I only get 4 hours of sleep I’m able to perform at my highest level on the tennis court. Ask my students if you don’t believe me.

There are many parts of it but I’m going to start with the first one. It’s the butter and MCT oil in my Danger coffee. And I’m going to give you the recipe right here. You will feel so energized and if you’re looking to lose a few pounds your hunger will stay away for the morning until the afternoon.

First, start with Danger Coffee. It’s a must. Don’t cheat yourself with anything less.

Then, you need 1 tablespoon of grass fed butter. Again it must be grass fed, nothing less.

Brew the coffee, put it all in the blender and then enjoy. I usually only need 1 cup in the morning but sometimes if i get less than 4 hours of sleep I’ll make a second for work. Watch out though, sometimes it’s been like a rocket boost.

Start with a blender

Pour the Danger Coffee in.

Put 1 tablespoon of grassfed butter in.

The spoon had 1 tablespoon mct oil in it, but I didn’t capture it in time.

This is the Collagen (optional 2-3 times a week)

Blend it.

Pour it in. Look at the frothy topping. So delicious.
