Terms and Conditions
Between the Points, LLC

1. Services
Between the Points, LLC provides a 6-month coaching/consulting program (“the Program”). Services are delivered via scheduled calls, check-ins, and a personalized plan.

2. Program Term
The Program runs for 6 months from the client’s start date. Extensions or renewals are handled separately and are not covered by this agreement.

3. Payment
Fees are due as outlined at enrollment (in full or per the agreed payment plan). Missed payments may result in paused access to calls and materials until the account is current.

4. Risk Reversal / Service Guarantee
If you reach the end of the 6-month program and your athlete hasn’t gotten the results you’re looking for, we’ll continue working with your athlete at no additional cost until those results are achieved — as long as:
1. Your athlete has consistently booked and shown up to all scheduled calls, with no more than 2 weeks between sessions.
2. You’ve asked for help when you needed it.
3. Your athlete has been at least 70% adherent to the plan we built together.
To activate this guarantee, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of program completion.

5. Cancellation
Clients may cancel before the Program starts for a full refund. Once the Program has begun, cancellation forfeits eligibility for the Section 4 service guarantee; ongoing fees remain due per the payment plan through the end of the term.

6. Client Responsibilities
Results depend on active participation. Clients agree to attend scheduled calls, communicate openly, complete agreed-upon action items, and proactively request support when needed.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep shared personal, business, and financial information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
Between the Points, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Program.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

10. Changes to Terms
Between the Points, LLC may update these terms with notice to active clients; changes do not apply retroactively to completed programs.
