HOW THE CORES WORK
We cut the two racquets above to show you what’s inside the frame of a tennis racquet. Our foam is baked into the entire racquet, from the base of the handle to the top of the hoop for a twofold purpose — to give you maximum comfort and performance.
Let’s talk the solid-core comfort advantage first since at least a quarter of all recreational tennis players are battling some form of wrist, forearm, elbow or shoulder issues due largely to the shock and vibration that occurs when the racquet “collides” with the incoming tennis ball. The foam acts as a super dampener that blocks that impact shock and vibration from extending to your hand. It is, in a sense, a protective padding, much like the padding in football helmets, the extra-padding in a catcher’s mitt and the padded shin guards hockey goalies use.
The foam also enhances performance — it expands the sweet spot and the racquet’s stability that give you more control, especially on off-center hits that “die” on the frame of a hollow racquet. The foam fortication also increases power potential and enables us to avoid the harsh stiffness of so-called “power” frames.

2021 started the relationship between 2 people that are passionate about helping players find a racket that will help them play better.
During a period from 2021-2024 we put Zus Racquets into the hands of as many players at East Bank Club, my former club and soon converted over 200 players to the new racket. There’s something to be said when a player goes with an independent company over the big major players. Quality is what has brought many players to the zus side.
Zus Story
The founder of Zus Tennis Sven Goth created the racket after many years working with some of the greats in tennis history.
As a racket customizer, Sven worked at the legendary Bosworth in Florida. With clients like Pete Sampras and Monica Seles to name a few, you can say he’s been a part of history. At Bosworth, Sven worked with thousands of recreational players as well to help them find the perfect racket.

All specs are set and each version of a striker comes in the 305/325 Team version or 325/305 Pro version.

About Between The Points
Founded on a shared passion of tennis and the tools that we use on and off the court.
Our journey officially started in 2024, although we’ve been on the tennis path since our childhood days in the 90’s. Playing tennis with my dad when I arrived to the states from Poland. We fell in love and the rest is history. Through coaching we discovered Zus Tennis and their rackets September 2021. Falling in love with the rackets and their mission to help match tennis players with the perfect racket.
